At only 114K polygons, I still consider this a high polygon model as you can see by the renders I am showing and has 62 materials associated with the model.
I have modeled 4 medallions that the user can create their own Poser stone figures and add as shown in the sample below. The 2 roof ledge medallions would require eliminating the back side of your poser figure. If you have questions about this, please feel free to write me.
I have created a simple interior wall, ceiling and floor so that those who have my interior models can place these inside in front of the large wall windows on the backside of the building.
As always, my use of materials is so the user can alter or change materials as they desire without having to work with UV maps. I have set bump values for normal distance. If you want to move in really close as I have shown in two examples below, you may want to lower the bump values more.
