Nautica Station is a self-contained marine outpost located somewhere in the tropical waters of the Caribbean, or perhaps in mountain lake on a newly terraformed planet. Designed to be used with both modern era and futuristic/sci-fi renders, Nautica Station is equally at home with a Blackhawk landing on her rooftop landing platform or an FTL Class spacecraft. Built on four massive concrete support pillars, the complex is designed to weather hurricanes, tropical storms and any other harsh conditions that may come it's way. Heavy doors, hatches and hinged window armor help to secure this station both from the weather conditions and unauthorized access. This model is thoughtfully detailed from top to bottom while trying to keep the poly count to a minimum (just under 52k polys) and includes many kinds of details and moving parts, including several doors, hatches, cargo crane and lift platform. The model is built at 100% scale with the main platform measuring 86.5ft. square. While the exterior is completely detailed, the interior of the structure is pretty spartan with a second floor and a few basic walls, so it's up to you to furnish it to your liking for any interior renders. As an added bonus, the Explorer II mini-sub seen in the previews is now included as an added bonus object, so your ready to go exploring right out of the box. The sub is fairly low-poly, but renders very well with features like an opening hatch and numerous flood lights for exploring the depths. All content by J. Dietz.NOTE: Voucher friendly.
