Bump- and/or Displacement maps

Here you should never feel intimidated to post any question you might want to ask. Get support and good advice as you take your first steps in the world of Vue.

Bump- and/or Displacement maps

I have been using Blender to model and texture some objects. In Blender one uses a bump map for small bumps and a displacement map for the deeper ,holes, such as the actual gaps between floor tiles.

In Vue do I just use a bump map (and activate displacement) or should I still create both?
(It seems unnecessary to create geometry for every blemish and scratch)?

Thanks for any advice on this.

Baffledmostly. :)
